How do I buy online?

It is so simple, click on the items that you would like to buy, add them to your cart and when you are done, open your cart and click “check-out”. If you do not have an account with us then simply sign up which takes 1 minute. Once your order is complete you will be taken to an online payment page – we accept VISA or MASTERCARD - and pay for you item/s. The entire process is traceable and you will receive email notifications and confirmations along the way! You are also welcome to email lisa@babalove.co.za if you would like to order offline and pay via EFT.

How secure is the online payment option?

We make use of paygate, a recognised South African Secure Payment System. Your credit card details are entered into the system, and then coded so that we never have access to your details and therefore no-one else has either. The payment system is a 100% secure and is supported by VISA and MASTERCARD. 

Can I order offline?

Yes you can, while online ordering is easy and quick, we know that sometimes you might prefer to pay via EFT or to email someone instead. If you would like to order offline, please email lisa@babalove.co.za with your requests and we will gladly help you. Our response time is 24 hours (normally much sooner than that) on work days.

Who do I contact with any questions or queries?

If you have any questions or experience any problems please email lisa@babalove.co.za or info@babalove.co.za with your questions or comments and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

What do I do if I have ordered to wrong item?

Not a problem! If you have ordered the wrong item and paid already, please email lisa@babalove.co.za on the same day as your order and we will make the corrections in-house and refund you if applicable. If you have realised that you ordered the wrong goods and already have them – then please email the same address as above. We will organise an exchange.

How do returns work?

Returns are easy. If there is a problem with the product, we will exchange it and organise collection from you. If you decide not to exchange the problem product we will offer you a credit or a refund – this is only applicable to products that have faults. If you have decided that you do not want the product anymore or do not like it, you may return it ONLY if it’s still in its packaging and it has not been used. You will need to then send it to us, once we have received it and it is in good condition we will give you a credit for Babalove.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally is quick and takes 3 to 5 working days. All deliveries are traceable at all times! If you need a product urgently we can organise overnight, but this will be at a premium price. Please email lisa@babalove.co.za to organise priority delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been sent, we will email you a tracking number with steps on how to track your parcel. Simple as that! Since all parcels are tracked, you will not have to worry…. We either send via the post office or our courier.
